Mark Holman, President
Mark is an experienced executive and strategist in the high technology and engineering industries, with over twenty-five years experience in automotive, consulting, electronics manufacturing and software enterprises. He has helped enterprises from the very largest technology companies to early stage start-ups achieve their strategic objectives and build enduring enterprises.
Prior to founding Creekside, Mark held leadership positions in the software industry, initially as the founding CEO of E2open, a SaaS inter-enterprise supply chain integration provider; and most recently as SVP for Arena Solutions, the leader for midmarket SaaS PLM. Previously he led marketing, strategy and corporate development for Solectron Corporation, helping lead the Fortune 200 company from $1B to over $15B. As a Senior Associate at Booz-Allen and Hamilton, Mark led client assignments in technology and operations industries. He began his career as an engineer for GM, holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University, and earned an MBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan.
Mark is a frequent speaker and has regularly been quoted in the business and industry press, including Business Week, CIO magazine, Design News, and Manufacturing Business Technology. He is considered an industry expert in SaaS software, supply chain management and outsourcing, having been acknowledged as a “Top 100 Executive” by B to B and helping lead Solectron to an unprecedented two-time awarding of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
